Canada-based custom manufacturer of aerosols Assured Packaging has been acquired by PLZ Aerosciene that makes it the most diversified custom aerosol filler in the country.
Subsidiaries of PLZ formulate, package, blend and fill over 2,500 brand and private label industrial solvents, lubricants and degreasers, sanitary supply disinfectants and adhesives.
PLZ Aeroscience Canadian division manager Rob Theroux said the move is strategic in its efforts to apply the same excellent standards of research, and service Personal Care and OTC markets as they have done in the specialty aerosol market.
According to the firm, it competes in both the short-run and high-run segments driven by superior customer inventory management and research expertise.
Connecticut-based Olympus Partners, a diversified investor, acted as the consulting firm.
