The UK-based medical research company Molecular Profiles has purchased a new capsule filling machine from Isopak.
This new Italian-manufactured Dott Bonapace machine will be moved to Molecular Profiles’ Nottingham facility. The device is an in-cap capsule filler for the formulation of powders and clinical trials.
Molecular Profiles associate director Dr Robert Sherry stated that they are looking for a blister packer down the line and Isopack will be the preferred supplier.
Isopack is the sole UK distributor for Dott Bonapace and supplies small- and large-scale machines for tablet pressing, blister units and capsule processing, as reported by PackagingNews.
