El Yaman Group in Lebnan has announced the installation of a Prati Jupiter 450 inspection slitter rewinder, with an aim to grasp the expanding market of label and package printing in Lebnan.
The firm said that the machine operates at 318mpm and is integrated with a graphic touch-screen interface and Proxima, the detecting system for improved operator usability and job integrity.
The printer is suitable for fast set-up, which can also detect opaque and clear labels, inspect reflective golden printed labels with different surface thickness and detect broken labels and other faults.
According to the firm, the press is also equipped with Nikka Alis L2 video camera, which will help to print labels and packaging material at maximum speed, while detecting the problem during operations.
El Yaman Group CEO Mohamad El Yaman said the firm has always upgraded and purchased their machines with the intention of continuous improvement to the quality of service.
