Germany-based blow molding machines manufacturer Kautex Maschinenbau has acquired international sales and service for systems from Richter Kunststofftechnik.
In this partnership, the companies have not formed any joint venture and would remain financially independent.
The sales and service partnership will provide a wide range of machine solutions and services from a single supplier, reported Kunststoffe international.
Through the cooperation, Kautex has planned to expand its product portfolio and service in the field of volume industrial packaging. Rikutec will expand into the worldwide Kautex sales and service network.
Although both companies are manufacturers of blow molding machines, they serve different market segments and have already cooperated on various projects in the past.
