India-based, Hassia Packaging, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Oystar Holding GmBH, Germany, has entered a new vertical in the dairy market for filling product in cups.
Hassia India offers two versions to fill liquid and viscous products in pre-made cups. The machines have features like cup dispenser, filling station, lid placing, lid sealing, with speeds of 1,500-6,000 cups per hour depending on the product density, says The Hindu Business Line.
Hassia’s versions are useful for yoghurt, jam, shrikhand, dahi, ice cream and liquids in cups, tubs, and cones. These versions can also be used to pack solid products.
