Fuji Impulse has developed VG-402/602 Series Nozzle Type Sealers that feature a built-in ONPUL temperature control system for high precision vacuum and gas-flush package sealing.
The ONPUL system has a control over the heating temperatures as it measures them at the heating element. The low-profile temperature sensor of the system comes in contact with the heater, thereby maintain preset temperature, and allowing for hours of operation. The microcomputer controller gives the customers 13 types of sealing methods from which a suitable method may be set.
The design of the vacuum sealing function of the VG-402/602 Series Sealers helps to extend the life of the product by flushing out the air inside the bag and decreasing the volume of the package enabling the use of oxygen scavengers.
The gas-flush function protects the products by filling nitrogen gas or carbon-di-oxide, which prevent oxidation and mold growth respectively.
An air filter is fitted in the VG-402/602 Series to prevent contaminants from entering into and damaging the vacuum pump. The system’s water drain device automatically discharges materials from the air filter after each sealing process.
For flexibility, the VG-402/602 Series offers four operating modes multiple gas flush cycle; single gas flush cycle; vacuum plus seal and seal only. To accommodate bags with varying contents, the sealer head of the VG-402/602 Series is adjustable from 0 – 30º. The VG-402 and VG-602 accepts bag sizes up to 40cm, 60cm respectively.
