Freshway Foods begin production of pack under Mott’s label

Ohio-based Freshway Foods have begun production of fresh cut green and red apple packs under the Mott’s label.

The new line includes retail and club store packs as well as foodservice offerings.
In late May, Freshway Foods had finalised the partnership to become the Mid West processor for Mott’s fresh cut apple line and started production in June.

Freshway Foods vice president of sales and marketing Dan Purdy said the company has integrated these apple items into school menus across the country.

“We believe this is an excellent addition to our extensive portfolio of fresh cut products and we couldn’t be more excited to be selected as Mott’s Mid West regional processor for this line.”
