Specialty paper and film manufacturer Channeled Resources Group has acquired GMC Coatings, a producer of customized release liners. Channeled Resources had previously owned 50% of GMC Coatings.
Channeled Resources spokesperson said the Group is focusing its attention on building GMC’s custom release liner business. The company will also place equal emphasis on offering excellent quality, short lead times, and unique coatings and printing solutions, as reported by labelsandlabelling.
The US based Channeled Resources Group provides solutions for both manufacturers and consumers of coated, treated, and laminated papers & films. They deliver environmentally friendly solutions to their customers and suppliers.
Canada based GMC Coatings specialises in narrow width silicone release liners, and serves markets such as medical, sealant, tape, envelope and crafts.
