Bossa Nova, a California-based producer of superfruit juices, has now launched Acai Original, Acai Blueberry and Acerola Mango in 32-ounce bottles at major natural food stores, grocery retail, co-p and specialty retail stores across the US.
The superfruit company has also suggested 32 news ways and recipes to serve and drink the 32-ounce Bossa Nova juices.
The recipes include Bossa Nova Muddle; Bossa Nova Manhattan; Bossa Nova exotic punch; Bossa Nova Açai Original sorbet; Acerola Mango milkshake; Açai with Blueberry smoothie; Bossa Nova Açai Original salad dressing; and Bossa Nova Açai Original frosting.
The juice company expanded its product line in 2008 with the addition of ten total superfruit flavors: Acai Original, Acai Blueberry, Acai Mango, Acai Passionfruit, Acai Raspberry, Acerola Red Peach, Goji Berry Tart Cherry, Acerola Mango, Mangosteen Passionfruit and Mangosteen Dragonfruit.
Bossa Nova claims that the superfruit juice beverages, which come in10oz and 32oz bottles, are lightly sweetened with low-glycemic agave.
Los Angeles-based Bossa Nova, which was acquired by Beverages Holdings in 2009, unveiled its acai juice in the North American market in 2005.
