BemroseBooth has gone into administration to save the viable units of the business and to ensure continuity of supply for retaining the faith of consumers.

BemroseBooth has fallen into administration a week after it has made redundancies by closing its two sites.

David Rubin and Henry Lan of David Rubin & Partners were appointed joint administrators on June 28, 2010. This step was taken by the managers of the business to save the viable units of the business and to retain the remaining jobs of the workforce.

Rubin said, “We are dealing with a high quality and profitable operation, and are confident that a sale can be achieved. Everybody concerned has a part to play in achieving that”. The business was required to be sold as this would keep the faith of the consumers about the continuity of supply. Even though the management is keen to sell the business, they are waiting for the best offer.

Rubin went on to add further that the firm had faced the quandaries of “over-capacity prevailing in the printing market” as well as receding profitability in the telecom scratch cards market. The firm is looking forward towards professional agent Edward Symmons for marketing for a potential sale.
