US-based Bagazza, established to manufacture and distribute sugar cane (bagasse) based products for the food-service industry, has completed a strategic partnership agreement with Biodegradable Packaging for Environment Company of Bangkok Thailand.
The partnership brings investment to Bagazza of innovative technology, patents, and global industry certifications that enable Bagazza to setup factories and distribution for environmentally safe products.
Bagazza Sr, Chairman Burton Crapps said this partnership would create jobs and products in the US.
“We are convinced that superior quality and service, along with the innovative solutions we will provide, will help in rebuilding the battered US economy by creating jobs and providing new products that are safe for the environment. The BPE products are FDA certified, ISO certified, and have already been distributed in the international market place.
“We are convinced the products will be rapidly accepted in the US as we all strive to reduce the huge volume of polluting plastic and Styrofoam products that are used every day. The phenomenal growth of the ‘green’ product industry has proven to us that the time is right and that we have chosen the right partner with BPE,” Crapps added.
