US-based designer and manufacturer of flexible packaging products Accredo Packaging has planned to expand its facility in Sugar Land, Texas.
Sugar Land City Council has approved a tax abatement agreement with Accredo Packaging and API Realty, reported FortBendNow.com.
The agreement will provide a tax abatement on new real property improvements and personal property for a planned 171,000sqft expansion of Accredo Packaging’s manufacturing facility in the Sugar Land Business Park.
The expansion is being designed for LEED Silver certification and will add more than $9m in real property investment, $22m in personal property, $1m in new inventory value and a minimum of 100 new jobs to the community.
