US based labelling equipment firm Accraply has purchased Essex-based Graham Labelling & Sleeving for an undisclosed amount.

Graham Labelling & Sleeving consists of Graham Engineering (Essex) and Graham Spares and Service that specialise in labelling and shrink-sleeve application machinery.

This acquisition will help Accraply to expand its position and manufacturing operations in Europe and North America. Accraply is part of the Barry-Wehmiller group of companies.

Graham Labelling & Sleeving was started by Graham McKowen and Graham Parker. It produces and services standard and custom-configured systems for a range of industries.

Graham managing director Tony Couling said that the agreement accelerates company’s commitment to product innovation and expands market and product range for existing and future customers.
