A new “colour” range of plastic closures designed specifically for cosmetics and beauty applications has been launched by Pontypridd-based Dragon Plastics.
Nine new colour variants are now available for both Dragon’s active flip-top closures and its tall dome closures, all exhibiting colour “travel”. Examples are from jade to indigo, from burnt ochre to lilac and from deep orange to madder (a “stormy blue” reportedly used by famous artist Turner).
Dragon worked closely with masterbatch supplier Technical Colour Services of Wrexham to create the nine special cosmetic colours.
