ICI's new an all-in-one paint and application pack Roll & Go, recently launched in the UK, eliminates the need to buy, fill and clean a paint tray
The SuperCube rectangular container has a built-in floating grid and paint roller, which ICI says “optimises the interplay between packaging and contents”, creating a convenient pack that is easy to use. Roll & Go was developed with plastic packaging specialist Superfos and design company Tin Horse Design. To ensure the grid stays afloat ICI developed a thick paint emulsion quality that offers resistance when the grid is pushed down.
Superfos product designer Lars Pudselykke says: “It is a functional, user-friendly container in all relevant aspects. This includes easy and efficient stacking, easy open-close, as well as practical filling and packing.”
