Holographic and speciality coated film manufacturer CFC International is to be acquired by an affiliate of ITW. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2006, subject to regulatory approvals. CFC has manufacturing facilities in the US and Germany, and sales offices in the UK, France and Hong Kong.
