Following its voluntary liquidation announced in February, Milan based Nextrom is to sell its Dolci Extrusion operation to Bielloni Castello, the film machinery supplier also based in Milan. The sum involved has not been revealed.
Bielloni Castello says it will take on some former Nextrom employees to ensure the continuity of the business.
