Ronin Investments Managing Co has acquired nearly 25 per cent of the shares of print inspection systems specialist AVT. Ronin is a private investment company, based in Tel Aviv. AVT’s management says it is pleased with the investment and believes it will enable the company to “better implement its strategy”.
