Comexi, global specialist in solutions for the flexible packaging industry, will be present at the next edition of Feiplastic Brazil.

In this edition, the group will present in its booth B51 its most innovative solutions and the innovations that has developed for the different phases of the processes of printing and converting of flexible packaging.

The group will share space with one of its main collaborators, Reifenhäuser, which will also show its latest technologies and components developed for plastics extrusion.

Specifically in this edition of Feiplastic, Comexi will detail its latest printing technologies and its most outstanding innovations for flexible packaging printing such as its wide range of flexographic presses: Comexi F4, the Comexi F2 family of presses or the Comexi F3, which is currently being built at Comexi’s plant in Montenegro, Brazil, and offers 1270mm print widths in eight colors and includes the most advanced electronic systems to achieve a high quality of printing on different substrates, from plastic film to paper or laminates.

Visitors will also be able to see the latest developments related to the awarded-winning Comexi CI8 offset press or the Comexi F2 gravure press. Likewise, they will also be able to discover the latest laminating, coating and slitting solutions such as Comexi SL3 and the Comexi S2 DT, which guarantee the highest levels of quality and productivity as well as the Comexi Cloud, the revolutionary production control software.

Furthermore, the Reifenhäuser Group, which has five highly specialized business units providing solutions for the production of films and non-woven lines, will present its latest technological innovations in the blown film area, as the EVOLUTION Ultra Flat that sets a new standard in blown film planicity. Also, the new EVOLUTION Ultra Die, a combination of the advantages offered by the stack die design and the spiral mandrel distribution design, results in the highest level of flexibility in terms of layer ratios and viscosities in barrier film production.

In parallel, its Business Unit CSC will present it’s latest technology for the extrusion of flat film and sheet, the REIcofeed 2.1 coextrusion feed block that allows an optimal adjustment during running production of the films and sheets composed of up to eleven or more individual layers.
