Posimat has re-engineer-ed the traditional rotary system to create the Access series of unscramblers. In this series, a deformed bottle will not stop the unscrambler but it will get ejected or deflected out of the machine without interfering with production.
This is made possible because the bowl that encloses the rotating disk, the selecting pockets and funnels is almost totally open. The bowl has a minimal wall in the area where the bottles fall through the funnels.
In this way deformed bottles that otherwise would get stuck between the funnel and the machine’s wall are now automatically rejected by the centrifugal force when the machine rotates.
