Pressure-sensitive adhesive products manufacturer Mactac Performance Adhesives Group is further extending its all-temperature Chill AT and Chill AT Extreme label product lines.

LINTEC, company engaged in the fields of adhesive products and specialty papers, acquired Mactac in 2016.
Designed for cold temperature applications, the new Chill At products can withstand temperatures ranging from -65°F to +150°F. The solutions also deliver better adhesion at room temperature.
The Chill At products are suitable for usage on low-surface energy substrates, and can be used for refrigerated and frozen foods, meat and poultry, cheese and corrugate labeling applications.
The Chill At Extreme products provide all the benefits of Chill At products, as well as offers more adhesion mass for demanding applications.
Designed for cold and damp labeling applications, Chill At Extreme delivers better performance in standard temperatures, and also at freezer-grade temperatures.
Similar to Chill At products, Chill At Extreme offers enhanced tack and adhesion to different surfaces, including polystyrene, polypropylene, polyethylene, paper and corrugate.
The new Chill At products include Allure white polypropylene film and Durascan L matte white polypropylene film.
Allure white polypropylene film is a 2.3-mil white, topcoated, solid core polypropylene film developed to be used for semi-rigid and rigid container applications, and are compatible with flexographic (UV and water), gravure, UV inkjet and hot stamp printing.
Durascan L matte white polypropylene film is a 3.0-mil matte topcoated white polypropylene film specially treated for flexographic and thermal transfer printing.
The new Chill At Extreme products include direct thermal weigh scale paper and Platinum Xtra bright white semi-gloss coated sheet.
The direct thermal weigh scale paper is a 4.2-mil medium sensitivity top coated direct thermal paper developed for weigh scale and package delivery applications that need advanced environmental resistance such as plasticizers.
Platinum Xtra bright white semi-gloss coated sheet is a 55# brilliant white semi-gloss coated litho construction sheet with enhanced ink receptivity, high internal strength and better smoothness and opacity.
All new product feature 2.4-mil semi-bleached super calendared kraft (SCK) liner suitable for die cutting, stripping and label dispensing applications.
