The company produces corrugated products such as die-cuts, bin boxes and one-piece mailers.

SupplyOne also supplies protective packaging and cushioning materials and fabrication materials such as polyurethane, polyethylene and polyesterene.

The firm also manufactures stock and custom shipping containers, custom die-cut corrugated containers, cargo boxes and containers, packing list envelopes and cold chain packaging solutions.

SupplyOne supplies packaging equipment, including modified atmosphere packaging, carton sealing systems, strapping, banding and sealing systems, as well as bag and pouch filling and sealing solutions.

Wellspring managing director John Morningstar said: “SupplyOne has built an impressive platform over the past two decades, with a strong geographic footprint across the United States, and a unique ability to add value to its customers’ businesses by lowering total packaging costs.

SupplyOne founder and CEO Bill Leith said: “We are very pleased that Wellspring has invested in SupplyOne given the firm’s history of building successful businesses in the packaging sector.”
