Response times for the MHE-type valves are an impressive 2ms. This enables short cycle times and rapid reaction in applications such as sorting and ejection systems. In addition, the valves feature low power consumption and compact dimensions.
The valve mechanism is a pressure relieving poppet valve with actuation times down to 2ms at 24V and repeatability at ±10%. New technology inside the valve includes a horseshoe magnet to enhance both the flux area for fast actuation and the surface area for efficient cooling.
