Packaging company TricorBraun has agreed to acquire premium glass packaging supplier Vetroelite from LBO France for an undisclosed sum.
Established in 1994, Vetroelite delivers premium glass packaging solutions for the customers in the spirits, gourmet food, home fragrances, wine, and cosmetics industries,
The company supplies a range of glass containers, including bottles, carafes, flasks and jars, for liquid products, food products, room fragrances and other perfumery, cosmetic and body care products.
Operating from multiple locations across Europe and North America, the company serves customers in 90 countries.
TricorBraun president and CEO Court Carruthers said: “The Vetroelite team has established a strong reputation for high-quality, innovative packaging solutions, fueled by deep expertise and dedicated customer service.

The acquisition of Vetroelite will allow TricorBraun to strengthen its European presence, in addition to continuing the global expansion of the company.
All Vetroelite team members, including CEO Daniele Feletto and the firm’s leadership team, will continue with TricorBraun and work from the company’s existing locations.

LBO France, which acquired Vetroelite in 2017, made a significant investment and provided management support for consistent and substantial growth of Vetroelite.
The deal is expected to be completed by the end of this month.
Last month, TricorBraun agreed to acquire Australian packaging solutions provider Cormack Packaging.
