A range of transparent, fog-free containers for chilled and frozen fresh fruit pastries has been launched by French Guillin Group. They are available in the Britain through GPI UK.
Patipack XG294 and XG324 tart plates with hinged lids are designed for chilled self-service displays. Thermoformed in clear APET, the packs are unaffected by temperature changes between cold rooms and chiller cabinets.
The matching hinged lids and bases have flat areas for labelling and good rigidity for multi-stacking. A press and click closure is featured. The Patipack range is compliant with HACCP standards and comes in two sizes – 23 and 28cm diameter.
