Packaging ties can be fitted and trimmed by an operator in seconds thanks to a new automatic tool by Hellermann Tyton.
The AT2000 is an electrically operated tying system for applying small nylon ties to seal bags or fix components to backing cards.
It can be hand held or bench mounted. In either mode, the operator has no contact with the cable tie during the application process, reducing the risk of Repetitive Strain Injury.
100mm long ties are available in bandoliers of 50 or on reels of 5000 in black or natural, other colours can be ordered.
