Two slitter/rewind machines aimed at the smaller converter have been launched by Cartes Equipment of Italy.
Sold in the UK through Atlas Labelling Systems, they are supplied in operating widths of 600mm and 1200mm. Both machines can be delivered with either crush knife or circular slitter blades.
Additional features include sophisticated breaking systems, variable speed operation, axial log adjustment and reel length counters.
