Eastman Chemical’s Spectar copolyester sheet supplied by Silwood Plastics is used by Talbot Design to add realism to the Ice Palace of the James Bond movie ‘Die Another Day’. Bond’s swan shaped bed was fabricated from 25 separate vacuum formed Spectar segments. The copolyester was also a key component of 100 chairs and a grand piano featured in the Ice Palace.
