In the UK, Slater Harrison has acquired Cavalier Tapes and Conversions for an undisclosed sum. The deal complements the previous acquisition of Webmaster, both companies being involved in self adhesive materials.Cavalier is a supplier of single and double-sided tapes, and labelstocks for specialist or bespoke applications. It is said to be one of the few UK companies that can strip or pattern coat adhesives.
Slater Harrison managing director Mike Braddock notes: “The natural synergy between our companies will enable us to develop the product range dramatically and offer a new level of innovation in this area”.
