The new integrated Casepacker SIGTBL-i from SIG Pack Systems has been designed to provide high flexibility to manufacturers of regular slotted cartons.
Developed for various industries, the Casepacker operates with SIG Toploader and integrates case forming, toploading and case closing on a base frame.
The RSC cases are formed with a positive blank picking unit and, as either single units or as a batch, are loaded with the Toploader before being closed and sealed with tape or glue.
Even at top speed of 30 cartons/min, the Casepacker will handle a variety of formats including soft, asymmetric or shaped products. Gentle product handling is accommodated by the SIGFWV feeding wheel.
SIGTBL-i covers all common RSC case formats up to a maximum size of 600x400x400mm.
