A division of S-One Holdings which is the parent company of LexJet and Brand Management Group, S-OneLP provides in-line, off-line and custom primers, pre-laminate films, thermal laminates and custom coatings for HP Indigo print providers.

It also provides materials, technical know-how and integrated solutions for digital label and flexible packaging printing.

S-OneLP, which is originally a division within LexJet, will now handle all orders that were processed through LexJet.

In order to facilitate this work, S-OneLP will have inventory and shipping out of Ontario.

S-OneLP vice-president Ralph Giammarco said: “We’re definitely excited to bring greater depth of service and breadth of product solutions to our Canadian customers.

“In addition, the high growth in demand for organic products in Canada reflects an opportunity to collaborate with them to use our films and primers to expand their capabilities into the flexible packaging and durable label markets.”

S-OneLP will offer the DigiPrime and DigiGuard products from Michelman and the Levia products from Utopia Digital Technologies that were offered through LexJet to its customers in Canada.

Additionally, the firm will bring to Canada a full line of films and custom overprint varnishes (OPVs) for label and flexible packaging print service providers.

The S-OneLP’s Canadian customers will also be offered with other technologies including advanced security and authentication products.

Earlier this year, S-OneLP partnered with Toray Plastics (America) to sell flexible packaging and specialty label films to HP Indigo users in North America.

The collaboration will combine products from Toray with customer service and technical support of S-OneLP to meet the digital printing requirements for label and flexible packaging manufacturing, S-OneLP said.
