RPC Bramlage has introduced a new lotion pump designed to deliver enhanced functionality and user-friendly operation for a wide variety of cosmetic and personal care products.

The new Lotus pump, which combines a standard system with a customisable outer body, allows manufacturers to create an individual appearance for effective brand identity and improve on-shelf appeal.

Designed to offer a 1.5ml dose with minimal effort by the consumer, the pump utilizes RPC Bramlage’s experience in dispensing and is created in consultation with the customer to meet individual product characteristics.

RPC said that the bottle is created to ensure the lightest weight while providing the required levels of product protection and compatibility.

In order to maximize shipping, the pump heads can be supplied in the lock down position. It also offers a lock up position for spill protection during to traveling.

Additionally, the pump offers a choice of decoration options including special finishes such as soft touch, water droplet, rubber and gloss effects, in order to ensure the bottle is fully personalized as per the brand objectives.
