RPC is providing a range of decoration options for the new lipcare stick, including customised colors, labeling, foil blocking, lacquering, metallizing, sleeving and different print finishes.

The options will allow the stick to be fully personalised to meet the needs of individual branding.

RPC has produced new three piece design product by using polypropylene that can be easily recycled.

Polypropylene is said to have a lower carbon footprint than polyoxymethylene (POM), which is generally used for these types of products.

According to the company, the new stick has achieved a RecyClass B rating for its environmental profile, while most traditional sticks have an E or F rating.

The design of the stick mechanism offers precise operation with 2½ turns needed for the pomade to reach its end position, providing users quick and accurate control. The design will also help to reduce the risk of the pomade breaking.

The internal piston of the lipcare stick can be adapted to meet various product characteristics.

In June this year, RPC Bramlage expanded its standard collection with the introduction of a new premium cosmetic jar.

Developed by RPC Bramlage Barcelona, the new Coral jar serves as an alternative to the traditional cylindrical shape jar and is provided with a raised section at the base.

The Coral jar, which can be used for facial care products, is provided with modern and rounded shape that provides customers with better grip for easy handling.

Nine closure options and wood cap version is provided for the jar for additional personalization.
