PAC Machinery, a provider of solutions to the flexible packaging industry, has introduced new Rollbag R3200 automatic bagger.

Featuring a sleek and compact design, the new automatic bagger can package at speeds of up to 80 bags per minute by using Rollbag brand pre-opened bags on a roll.

With a capacity to process bags from 2”x3” to 16”x32”, the Rollbag R3200 automatic bagger will be easily integrated into an automated production environment.

To further enhance the packaging process, the Rollbag R3200 can be configured by using various feeding systems such as scales, bowl feeders, counters and robotics.

The optional thermal transfer printer allows direct bag printing, enabling to eliminate the fixing of a separate printed label.

PAC Machinery’s new automatic bagger can be customized as per the specific user requirements.

The company is providing Rollbag R3200 bagger in stainless steel version for food and medical device applications. Validatable and calibratable versions are available for medical device packaging.

In addition, the users of manual bagging can be easily integrate automation into their packaging process.

According to the company, the R3200 uses off-the-shelf replacement parts that are available from most MRO suppliers.

PAC Machinery is offering Rollbag R3200 automatic bagger in multiple options to be used for different operations.

Available with an optional and easy-load bag opener, the new bagger is suitable for e-commerce and mail order fulfillment packaging applications.

The system can be added with a next bag out printer and an adjustable product takeaway conveyor, enabling to provide streamlined process for automatic bagging of products in poly mailers.
