Resource Label Group, a portfolio company of First Atlantic Capital and TPG Growth, has acquired US-based Best Label Company for an undisclosed sum.

Situated in Cerritos and Union City of California, Best Label provides labeling solutions for various industry segments, including the food, beverage, health and beauty, pharmaceutical, automotive, agricultural and chemical.
The company has a diverse inventory of letterpress, flexographic and digital printing and enhanced finishing assets to produce a full breadth of pressure sensitive, extended content and promotional label solutions.

Best Label is specialized in printing custom labels such as pressure-sensitive labels, expanded content labels, hang tags, and offers advanced printing capabilities to meet the labeling requirements of businesses of all sizes and industries.
The acquired business will help Resource Label to expand its operations in the west coast region of the country, and advance its labeling and packaging operations.
Best Label’s product portfolio is comprised of wine labels, beer labels, water labels, hair and cosmetic labels, food labels vitamin bottle labels and commercial / industrial chemical labels.

Earlier this month, Resource Label has acquired Spectrum Label, which supplies pressure sensitive labeling solutions for various segments such as food, medical and pharmaceutical.
Established in 1968, Spectrum Label offers a range of flexographic printing solutions and advanced finishing technology for its customers.
Resource Label Group, which is a pressure sensitive label, shrink sleeve and RFID/NFC manufacturer, supplies a range of products to the customers in the food, beverage, chemical, household products, personal care, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, medical device, and technology industries.
