Ranpak, a producer of protective paper packaging materials and systems, has acquired French packaging automation company e3neo for an undisclosed sum.

e3neo offers optimal solutions across several vendor platforms to meet the requirements of high-volume fulfillment operations.

The acquisition will allow Ranpak to deliver a range of packaging applications and solutions to their customers.

It provides solutions ranging from incorporating with customer warehouse management software for optimizing packaging dimensions to carton erection, in-the-box product fixation, and rightsizing and closing boxes.

The e3neo produces solutions, including pre cubing, carton erection, pick then pack, cushioning and closing solutions.

Established in 1972, Ranpak provides protective paper packaging materials and systems for its customers. It produces void fill, cushioning, blocking and bracing, as well as wrapping solutions.

Ranpak’s PadPak Senior is 2 or 3-ply paper packaging system, which can be used for all in-the-box packaging applications ranging from cushioning to wrapping, and blocking and bracing.
