Spanish cosmetics packaging manufacturer Quadpack has announced the expansion of its cosmetic packaging range with PCR content.

Quadpack has launched Multi Stick for solid formulas suitable for sustainable cosmetic collections.

The stick, which is made of recyclable material polypropylene (PP), is said to be suitable for brands seeking packaging produced with recycled materials. Multi Stick has a PCR content of up to 42%.

In addition to being eco-friendly, Multi Stick is a flexible product that works with various types of cosmetics, said the company.

It has a large diameter that is perfect for formulae that need to be distributed over a significant area of the face or body.

Multi Stick provides for sanitary and simple application and is available in 30g and 50g sizes.

The other members of the Quadpack’s packaging range with PCR content include PET lipstick, Simply Top Tottle, and Flat Head Round Tube.

PET lipstick is an eco-friendly choice for fashionable colour cosmetics firms since it is made entirely of recyclable PET and is available with up to 100 % PCR content.

Simply Top Tottle pack is available with up to 48% PCR content and can be used face up and down. It is said to be suitable for a variety of skincare and cosmetic products.

Flat Head Round Tube is a recyclable tube that contains 19% PCR content and is available in three different capacities.

Last month, the company partnered with Aptar Beauty + Home to develop a refillable lipstick, known as Iconic Woodacity Lipstick.
