Belgian industrial group Punch International has decided not to pursue its acquisition of the Esko-Graphics Digital Printing Products activities (see July/August issue) because it is “uncertain these activities could be rendered profitable in the short term”. CEO Guido Dumarey says Punch subsidiary Xeikon International will continue to invest in the independent development of its own front end activities.
