At the event, the company will exhibit new quick release (QR) cartridge tool and GT4s high-speed automatic tray sealer.

Designed to minimize unplanned downtime, Proseal QR cartridge tool allows to quickly and easily remove and replace any tool in the event of a problem.

The cartridge includes all the elements required to carry out repairs and adjustments offline, enabling to continuously operate the tray sealer.

The QR Cartridge is said to join Proseal’s existing QR Conveyor, which features a modular design that enables to remove individual sections of the infeed and outfeed conveyors for maintenance and cleaning.

Proseal GT4s tray sealer is part of the S series of machines, which have been developed for fruit packers with uniform pack needs such as atmospheric, gas flushing and hermetic shrink sealing.

Featuring a compact space-saving design, the machine provides speeds of up to 210 atmospheric packs per minute with an eight impression tool.

The machine, which provides washdown protection, features user-friendly menu driven control panel with step-by-step prompts, error and status displays and batch pack counter.

Proseal GT4s tray sealer also features E-seal technology to meet the stringent quality requirements of the food retail sector.

In addition, the ProMotion technology allows trays to feed continuously into the sealer without stopping, enabling to increase speeds by up to 30%.

Proseal produces a range of manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic tray sealing machines with throughputs from six to 240 packs per minute.

The firm manufactures advanced sealing machines that can be used in various food packaging applications, including ready meals, red meat, pork, poultry, sandwiches and  snack foods,  fish and seafood,  as well as produce and desserts.
