An ‘open house’ at Valmet Converting’s Technology Centre in San Giorgio Monferrato, Italy, during GEC’03 included the first public demonstration of the Rotomec 4000-4 ES gravure press with Electronic Shaft technology. Visitors witnessed a job change-over from 8 to 7 colour printing in less than 16min.
