Rigid packaging solutions provider Precision Concepts International has completed the acquisition of Miami, Florida-based C&G Packaging.
C&G Packaging has expertise in the design and blow moulding of PET bottles and jars for the food and nutraceutical industries.
Precision Concepts International chief executive officer Ray Grupinski said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with one of Florida’s premier providers of PET containers.
“This acquisition extends our footprint in the southeast and continues our strategy of partnering with world-class, founder-led businesses.”
C&G will continue to be overseen by its current management team, and investments are being made to extend the company’s production foothold in Miami.

Precision Concepts, based in Mooresville, North Carolina, is a manufacturer of finished medical devices and speciality rigid packaging solutions like sticks, jars, vials, closures, spouts, bottles, and tubes catering to medical, pharmaceutical, personal care, food and beverage and nutraceutical industries.
