RPC Superfos has provided its SuperLock pot for Slovenian company Petlja’s Viki Duo chocolate spread.

Viki Duo chocolate spread is available in two colors such as brown and white, and is packaged in SuperLock pot in two sizes, 380g and 600g, with a screw lid.
SuperLock pot has also used as packaging for Viki Milk, which is a new variety in white chocolate with hazelnuts.
Petlja has selected the new packaging solution to enhance the brand’s market position by optimizing the presence of Viki products on the shelf.
Petlja director and Viki recipe and trademark owner Branko Rojs said: “We are particularly pleased about the screw lid of the SuperLock pot, the razor-sharp rendering of the artwork design and the packaging sizes; simply perfect for our chocolate spread.
“Now our products look much more attractive on shelf. It is still early days, but retail sales are making good progress and the outlook is good.”
RPC has used an advanced in-mould labeling technique to produce SuperLock pot with cute cartoon character.
The pot is also provided with see-through area, which allows consumers to view the contents.
SuperLock pot, which is durable, can be reused once its original contents have been consumed.
Suitable for microwave, dishwasher and freezer, the pots’ screw lid allows easy opening and re-closure.
Branko Rojs further added: “The packaging is part of our brand image and it is a plus that consumers also find SuperLock great for household storage. This allows for more sustainable use which we highly appreciate.

Since last 30 years, Viki Duo chocolate spread has been marketing in the Slovenian and Croatian markets.
Both – one in two colors and the new white spread – are produced and filled by Vitaminka in Macedonia.
