Pillar and Simco in treater cleaner combo

ITW companies Pillar Technologies and Simco Industrial Static Control have teamed up to meet partnering OEMs request for a treater that is easy to mount onto existing presses – and includes an attached web cleaner with static control.

The combined Pillar treater and Simco web cleaner is pre-wired at the factory, “ready to plug in and run”. Adjustable mounting plate and treat widths conform to most existing press configurations. The unit can run at line speeds over 700ft/min on web widths from 7.5-30in. Top, bottom, and two-side configurations are available.

The web cleaner and static neutralizer will remove particulates down to 20 micron, eliminate any static charge and lift spray powder or other impurities on the web. The cleaner is available in contact and non contact configurations.
