A medium-speed vertical cartoner that allows confectionery manufacturers and contract packers to change quickly between pocket-sized flip top, shaker box and skillet style cartons is now available in the UK from Sussex and Berkshire.
Built in Italy by Senzani, the FT12 vertical cartoner offers speeds up to 250/min and is designed to provide manufacturers with the flexibility to vary packaging for a variety of free flowing products.
The Senzani can also be adapted to load some types of composite containers.
It can be equipped to fill by weight, number or volume and incorporates photoelectric sensing and a mechanical reject system for incorrectly filled or unglued cartons. The size range is 30x11x50mm to 75x30x150mm.
