It has just completed a series A minority investment from The Lubrizol Corporation, a Berkshire Hathaway company. This denotes the first equity investment in a beauty brand by Lubrizol’s Skin Essentials business.

The brand was founded by industry veteran Marcella Cacci. Cacci has a solid track record in both beauty and luxury and was part of the Burberry repositioning team that took Burberry public in 2002. She established Burberry  Beauty driving retail sales to over $500M.
