O.Berk West LLC is pleased to announce that it has acquired the business of E.D. Luce Packaging of Cerritos, California, a wholesale distributor of bottles, jars, vials, containers, prescription packaging, and pharmaceutical supplies since 1943. O.Berk West is an affiliate of O.Berk Company, LLC (Union, NJ), O.Berk Company of New England, LLC (West Haven, CT), and Kols Containers, Inc. (Baltimore, MD). The acquisition of this experienced team of packaging professionals will add to O.Berk’s leading footprint within the personal care and pharmaceutical packaging marketplaces from coast to coast.
With this transition, O.Berk will acquire E.D. Luce’s Southern California office/warehouse location, customers, supplier relationships, product offerings, and development capabilities as well as E.D. Luce’s eCommerce store, essentialsupplies.com. These additions firmly align with O.Berk’s dedication to leading the industry as the premier source for stock and custom packaging solutions across all North American marketplaces.
