US-based coffee co-packing company NuZee has entered into a partnership with food company Lacsnac to offer a single-serve coffee blend tailored to breastfeeding mothers.
The Lacsnac Lactation Coffee is a single-serve Colombian Coffee offered in tea bag sachets made with ingredients like fenugreek and blessed thistle that are used to help nursing mothers increase lactation.
It is a feature item in the Lacsnac line of goods created by Molly Wilson, who also established the gourmet food brand molly&you.
Molly Wilson said: “I have long wanted to work with NuZee, Inc and have thoughtfully selected them as a partner after years of observing them in the marketplace.
“Together, we have created a first-to-market product in coffee.”
Lactation Coffee is claimed to be an ethically-sourced and non-GMO lactation coffee that is vegan, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, eco-friendly, small batch and Kosher.
Wilson added: “Our coffee sachets are industrial compostable, our box is recyclable, and we have carefully selected NuZee as our factory partner on this innovative coffee product.
“That allows us to produce our coffee in a factory powered by renewable energy.”
The Lacsnac products are now available on Amazon, and on the wholesale marketplace for small to mid-level retailers, Faire.
Lacsnac has proprietary blends of gluten-free whole foods and herbs to boost the milk supply using nutrient-rich, plant-based energy and immune-boosting vitamins & minerals.
