S.Pellegrino said the new can design draws inspiration from its classic bottles, including the brand’s instantly recognizable green hue and red star, all overlaid on sleek metallic silver.

An Art Nouveau building of San Pellegrino Terme set against the Alps mountain range is featured on new fridge pack packaging, in addition to the foil on the single-serve cans.

S.Pellegrino cans are available across the country, as well as also provided through ReadyRefresh by Nestlé in select markets.

The cans are available in 8-can fridge packs and single-serve format for on-the-go consumption. S.Pellegrino 8-can 330mL fridge pack is priced at $6.99.

The new cans are also filtered from the Italian Alps and bottled at the source in Bergamo of Italy.

S.Pellegrino said the cans are a fun and tasteful new way to enhance dining occasion, and delivers the same refreshing mix of gentle bubbles and fine mineral balance required by the customers.

The company developed its digital Taste Guide platform n partnership with bon appetit magazine. The Taste Guide provides insight into some of the culinary destinations and features content from acclaimed chefs.

S.Pellegrino group manager Danit Eisdorfer said: “The iconic S.Pellegrino bottle and famed sparkling mineral water have long been a staple on dining tables worldwide. Now with our new cans, we offer a whole new way to enjoy the signature taste of S.Pellegrino, wherever you enjoy food.

“With the addition of S.Pellegrino in sleek, modern cans, any meal occasion can be transformed into something special.”

S.Pellegrino is a sparkling natural mineral water sourced from a thermal spring near Bergamo, Lombard, Italy.

The brand’s natural mineral water is said to flow from natural springs in Val Brembana in the San Pellegrino Terme area, which is located at the foothills of the Italian Alps near Bergamo.

S.Pellegrino adds carbon dioxide originated from a natural mine to provide acidity and extend sparkling water’s sensation of scent and taste.
