Plastic processing equipment maker Milacron has exhibited its advanced injection molding machine portfolio at Chinaplas 2017 event in Guangzhou, China.

At the event, the company exhibited Ferromatik 160 Series machines, which provides fast cycle times and high injection speeds to meet the needs and demands of the packaging industry.

The machines are available in nine sizes ranging from 120 tons to 650 metric tons of clamping force, as well as pre-configured for easy multi-component, mono-sandwich, cube and co-injection capability.

The machines, which are available with electric, hydraulic, and hybrid drive options, feature Mold-Masters TempMaster controller, in-mold labeling of a disposable cup, four cavity and 3.6 second cycle time

 Milacron has also showcased Magna Toggle Servo150-630 injection molding machine has been designed for fast cycling and reduced platen deflection, and can accommodate large and heavy molds.

Ranging from 55 to 550 metric tons, the machine includes gas assisted molding of a clothes hanger, four cavity and 35 second cycle time.

Elektron Evo 275 injection molding machine, which features Mosaic control system, has been developed for a full range of applications.

Available in different sizes ranging from 30 to 650 metric tons, Elektron Evo is suitable for the automotive, electronics and packaging industries.

Milacron 4.0 is said to offer a full suite of observational, analytical and transactional systems and services, which allows to improve plastics operations, helping to focusing on lean manufacturing.
