Menasha Packaging has agreed to purchase the assets of the Color-Box business unit from an integrated packaging supplier Georgia-Pacific for an undisclosed sum.

Established in 2000, Color-Box is a corrugated packaging manufacturer with expertise in high-graphic boxes.

With around 550 employees, the company has facilities in Richmond, Indiana; Pelahatchie, Mississippi; and Madera, California.

The acquisition is anticipated to be completed in the early summer of this year.
